Designer / Technologist

Tasks:

The employee's duties will include active participation in the project's scientific and research process, as well as designing and implementing 2D and 3D models of the devices being developed and CAM programming.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education in mechanical engineering,
  • Knowledge of engineering software: SolidWorks, Solidworks Simulation
  • Good knowledge of technical drawing
  • Knowledge of CAM software
  • Experience in designing mechanical components
  • Experience in designing metal cutting and stamping dies
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level,
  • Very good communication skills,
  • Conscientiousness, ability to effectively organize one's own work,
  • High personal culture.

JOB – Design, Prototyping and Verification Research Specialist

Design, prototyping and verification testing specialist

Scope of duties:

  • CAD modeling (Solidworks)
  • CAM programming (Power Mill, Mazatrol)
  • preparation of laboratory models,
  • design and construction of measurement stations
  • preparation of research samples,
  • conducting research,
  • processing and analysis of research results,
  • preparation of publications and reports
  • construction of equipment

Requirements:

    • good knowledge of Solidworks
    • knowledge of Solidworks Simulation
    • experience in CAM work in any modern PC software
    • experience in G-code programming (ISO)
    • basic programming experience in Mazatrol
    • knowledge of issues related to machining
    • experience in designing injection molds and cutting dies
    • experience in cooperation with CNC machine operators
    • good knowledge of Excel
    • English at an intermediate level
    • driving license
    • completed technical studies at the engineering level

Inconspicuous but pleasing…

An inconspicuous item that few people notice – but in this case, it's hard to ignore. The TREEE hanger

A simple yet intriguing design for this plywood coat rack. Its organic, undulating lines, reminiscent of trees and antlers, naturally combine functionality and aesthetics.

When not in use, it serves a decorative purpose. It can be displayed as a theatrical decoration or hidden under clothing. Its orderly asymmetry will enliven a traditionally decorated room without disrupting its harmony, while also providing ample scope for those who enjoy experimenting.

„"Sit down in Polish" with us in Wrocław

 

We invite you to an exhibition celebrating the opening of the "BARBARA" center – the information point for the European Capital of Culture Wrocław 2016! The "SIT DOWN IN POLISH" project aims to bring together the best examples of Polish design. All objects were designed by Polish designers and produced by Polish companies between 1941 and 2014.

 

The exhibition will be held from June 12th to September 3rd, 2015, at "Bar Barbara" in Wrocław. Its curator is Oskar Zięta.
