Jury chairman Ryszard Mańczak decided to award two equal prizes. Both teams received our cardboard Christmas trees.
Natalia and Marta, middle school students from Rataj in Poznań, transformed a Christmas tree into a reindeer. Instead of the traditional top or star, it's topped with impressive red antlers. The reindeer (like its creators) is a passionate punk musician. Like them, he also loves the color black. The holidays have somewhat tamed his rebellious nature, and he's gone from "Satan" to "sa(n)tan." The girls love to draw with anything they can. Natalia is currently working on the cover of an album her friend is releasing.
Laura's mother and her three brave sons (from oldest to youngest: Bartek, Kajetan, and Romek) decorated the Christmas tree with gingerbread cookies they had baked. They painted them with lemon icing and decorated them with gold polka dots. They also made gingerbread houses. Laura dreams of opening a gingerbread town for children and their parents, where she can teach them to play together.
Both Christmas trees can be seen (and smelled!) in Gazeta Cafe. The Poznań magazine wrote about them.„Gazeta Wyborcza”.
